RC-8000 INSERTER/CAPPER

The RC-8000 Inserter/Capper is designed for sample-sized containers and can run at speeds of up to 150 containers/min. Its compact design facilitates installation in tight spaces, particularly with low headroom. When operating in the capping mode for screw caps, the machine runs with individual torque adjustment on each spindle. Inserting mode accommodates snap-on caps and insertable plugs. Options include a PLC System, automatic Inspection and Rejection System , and a patented Diptube Guidance System.
